WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) — Delaware will receive $633,000 as part of a $42 million settlement with 34 states with Pfizer Inc. over the drug company's marketing of Zyvox and Lyrica.

Attorney General Beau Biden said Wednesday that the states had alleged Pfizer used unfair and deceptive practices in promoting Zyvox, an antibacterial agent, and Lyrica, which is used to treat fibromyalgia. Pfizer has not admitted wrongdoing.

Biden says the money will be paid to the Attorney General's Consumer Protection Fund.
